FPS:

Specifies the basic value related to the overall speed of the animation. By default, the time interval is calculated as FPS / 6000.0. FPS is used in the calculation.

default duration:

Specifies the number of seconds to change per frame. If there are multiple frames between keyframes, it will be calculated as default interval * number of frames.

In addition, in the key frame settings, you can individually specify the interval until the key frame is reached.

See Set keyframe intervals for details.

  2. Open the Materials tab.

../_images/screen_project3.png

13.5.2. Add material

../_images/screen_project6.png

  3. Press the Add button.

  4. An Add Material pop-up window will appear.

  5. Click material file to select a file from the terminal.

  6. In Material Label, enter a name that you can easily manage.

  7. Press the OK button to add the material to the app.

(*)After adding, it will be displayed in the list with a preview.

Note

Material files within the app or within the animation project are saved in the dedicated storage of this app. It doesn’t matter if the location of those files changes on your PC.
For example, if there is a change to the image file itself, it will not be reflected and you will need to delete the material and add it again.

How to use the material after adding it

  • It can be used in OtherObject’s texture, Stage’s UserStage texture, etc. Please specify the material name you want to use in each property.

  • If you select a different material name, the reference will be canceled.

  • You can set one texture to multiple objects, but since it is shared throughout, if you delete the material, the changes will affect all the objects.

  • Each object is referenced by its material name, so it doesn’t care what the actual texture or other file is. If you are distributing the project file for other users to use, please make sure that they use the texture files as expected.

13.5.3. Update material

Once you have added a material, you can update the label name or reload the image.

../_images/screen_project5.png

Update label name

Clicking the material name cell in each row will display an input dialog. Enter the new name there.

Reload an image

Used for materials within a project. If a project loaded (imported) from a file contains materials, the files that make up any of the materials are not loaded. You will need to specify and load the expected images and other files again.

13.5.4. Delete material

  1. Check and select the material you want to delete from the list.

  2. Press the delete button.

Caution

  • If even one of the materials is referenced somewhere, it cannot be deleted. Please remove the reference from that object (select another material or cancel the selection with -- ), make sure it is no longer referenced anywhere, and then try again.

  • The actual material files will also be deleted from the dedicated storage within the app.
